Key Result Areas:
Business Development & Planning: Getting new business for the organisation. Establishing the time span of project execution. Preparing master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections / budgets and periodic monitoring. Scheduling and monitoring of resources. Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project reviews. Evaluating designs; coordinating with Architect / Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes as required. Conducting the value engineering / value addition analysis, etc.
Project Management: Finalising requirements and specifications in consultation with Architects/Collaborators/ Promoters. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximize the output. Participating in project meetings for evaluating project progress providing technical inputs.
Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning: Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Overseeing a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Reviewing Method Statements and Work Specific Quality Control Plans. Ensuring the quantity & quality of project work.
Contracts Administration & Management: Evaluating & executing contracting works and coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients. Preparing the tender specifications & finalisation of requirements. Liaising with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters.
