A Senior Civil Engineer having 41 years exposure in Project Management & Execution of various kinds of Projects related to Airports, Public & Private Buildings, Pavements and Highways.

I am presently working as President (Infra) in Agroh Group, Indore and reporting to Managing Director. Before this, I was working as Senior Vice President - Roads in Lanco Infratech Ltd. since last @ 6.5 years and have retired on 30.11.2017.
(I retired from service of the company in June 2016 and continued as a consultant till 30.11.2017)

Previously I have worked in Reliance (ADA Group) as Vice President (Roads), for 5 years, from Dec 2005 to Dec 2010 and was taking care of Group's 6 (Six) National Highway Projects in Tamilnadu.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked in the past in Groups like Reliance (ADA), GEA Energy (BGR Energy), GMR Group, AFCONS, Punj Lloyd, Abhijeet, JMC, Somdutt and Atlanta Infra etc. for Highway Projects. I have so far obtained CODs for 3 National Highway Projects (Commercial Operations Date/Project Completion), and played a crucial role in obtaining COD for Lanco's 2 Highway Projects in Bangalore. Presently was engaged in 5th year Major Maintenance (BC overlaying etc) for Lanco's 2 Highway Projects in Bangalore and also in Arbitration Matter related to Aligarh Kanpur Highway Project (Length 282 Kms). Lanco has claimed 302 Crores from NHAI for delays caused by NHAI in the project. Arbitration proceedings are completed in October 2017 and Award is to be published by Panel of Arbitrators.

I have also been involved in Business Development activities in above organisations from time to time.

In public sector, I have worked in International Airports Authority of India, for International and Domestic Airport Projects for @ 12 years. I have completed 2 International Airport Projects (Sahar International Airport Ph-1 and Indira Gandhi International Airport Ph-1) and 1 Domestic Airport Project in Agatti Island, Lakshadweep, India.
